Nope. I was not protesting because he won a democratic election; I was protesting because of what he's done in office since then. There's a big difference. Just because Trump won a democratic election (and unlike most of his supporters I am willing to tell the truth about who actually wins an election), that does not mean he can do nothing undemocratic once in office. And if you can't understand that, then look at how many dictators around the world first came to power through democratic means and then dismantled the democratic processes. -Brian
When it comes to political violence, it's a problem across the political spectrum & I condemn it no matter who it comes from. In case you forgot, that includes MAGA figures like the guy who assassinated Democratic politicians in Minnesota (& also those who attacked cops at the Capitol on Jan. 6). Just because you like Trump does not mean he's not taking undemocratic actions. I mean, if Obama had torn down the East Wing of the White House, Republicans would have impeached him. -Brian
You are protesting a democratically-elected president.
Because your undemocratically-selected candidate lost.

Nope. If he’s breaking the law, go to court.
Oh, you guys tried that. And lost. And keep losing.
So your people break the law, obstruct the police, hide lawbreakers, assassinate your enemies, lie about them once they’re dead…
Ah, so I showed how your first claim was wrong so you just moved on to other false claims. Actually, while Trump has won some court cases, he has also lost quite a few. You should check facts before writing: https://www.justsecurity.org/107087/tracker-litigation-legal-challenges-trump-administration/

Obama DID tear down a large part of the White House to build a basketball court. Pics are widely available. No complaints here.
Trump wins where it matters, not at the level of venue-shopped lawfare, but SCOTUS.
So again, GO TO COURT if he’s breaking the law. The real problem for you is that he’s doing what he was elected to do.
Since you cannot get your facts right, I'm done with this thread. Obama did *not* tear down a large part of the White House. He adapted the tennis courts to be a basketball court. Learn about it here: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/obama-basketball-court-white-house/
Again, look at the litigation tracker & you'll see the hundreds of cases in progress. They can't just go to SCOTUS; they have to work their way up.
I stand by everything I said at the No Kings rally. -Brian
I was mistaken about the basketball court.
See you in the Supreme Court.
